Zvon bells

Orthodox Churches commonly do sound ZVON BELLS. Ringing of these bells is done by hand with ropes attached to the clapper. The bells are rung as a percussion instrument with which the tone of the bells is variable. Of course the most beautiful sound can be had with musical tuned bells to ring in harmony. The Zvon Bells listed below are installed in the Cathedral of Gubkin. This is a sound combination of 11 bells with total weight of 30,170 pounds.
